In order for reducing the damages in transit, We ship only on Monday and Tuesday, All orders placed from previous weeks Sunday till Saturday, will be shipped on First-come First-served (FCFS) basis, starting from next Monday onwards. Sometimes you have to visit nearest courier center for Picking up the delivery.

Above priority can be changed by Customers request. Due to Covid 19 we may not able to deliver in certain locations like containment zones and hotspots because of government restrictions. In that case customers can either wait till government lifts ban or request us for refund we will initiate the refund. All the pictures used in the site are for representational purposes only. So if you order live fishes we will send via any other courier such as shree maruthi courier, professional courier, speed and safe courier, st courier etc
